We requested the support of Mining International at the end of 2023 to find its new Maintenance Manager, a central position in a drilling industry.
For this challenging job, Mining international provided us with several very promising candidates, sieving the candidates pool by experience, skills, communication capacity and specific knowledge of the industry and country.
The candidate that was finally selected joined us at the beginning of 2024, providing insight, organization model and process and team building improving the overall maintenance department and equipment availability.

I met Rob whilst searching for employment several years ago, although unable to assist me at that time he kept his promise of keeping in touch with me. I have used Rob for recruitment at several different Operations/Locations I have Managed around the world.
